These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gesusa.org and any other websites, program portals, or online tools operated by Global Energy Services, Inc. ("GES," "we," "us," or "our"), including websites administered by GES on behalf of Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) program participants (collectively, the "Site").

Use of the Site to apply for or participate in a SoCalGas-administered program is subject to the applicable Program Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Program Terms and Conditions, the Program Terms and Conditions govern with respect to program participation.

Intellectual Property
